Service Delivery Policy

MeraTheka is online software (Software as a Service) provided by Mahavijay Solutions Private Limited. Nothing is shipped physically; there are no delivery or shipping charges.

1. How the service is delivered

• The service is used in a web browser at app.meratheka.com and in the MeraTheka Android app, by signing in with your Google account.
• Your paid plan is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment, and in any case within 1 hour.
• You get a confirmation of the payment from PhonePe, and the plan shows on your account in the app.

2. If your plan is not activated

If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@meratheka.com with the transaction ID. We activate it within 24 hours or refund the full amount, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Service period

A monthly plan covers one calendar month from the date of payment; a yearly plan covers 12 months. Service is available across India, subject to the Terms of Use.
